Closing the Gender Care Gap in Europe’s Workplaces

CÚRAM

The CÚRAM project aims to close the gender care gap (the unpaid effort and household work that men and women do - childcare, caring for elderly or sick family members, as well as routine household chores) across Europe. By increasing awareness and understanding among employers, HR professionals, and business leaders, the project aims to promote a work-life balance.

The CÚRAM project provides practical tools and resources to help businesses create family-friendly, flexible working environments, that support employees with caregiving responsibilities. Through tailored training programmes, capacity-building workshops, and awareness-raising resources, the project aims to empower companies to implement policies that foster work-life balance, gender equality, and employee well-being.
