Buz Company Ltd. is a Bulgarian company founded in 2015, specialising in the production of natural fruit and herbal syrups made from whole fruit and herbs, without artificial flavourings, colourings, or preservatives. The company operates under the BuzKo brand and is one of the early developers of the handcrafted lemonade segment in Bulgaria, contributing to its growth through products focused on quality, authenticity, and product integrity.
The production process is designed to preserve the natural characteristics of the ingredients used, ensuring consistent product quality. Only whole fruit, herbs, and natural ingredients are used, with no concentrates or synthetic additives. The company works primarily with Bulgarian agricultural producers, supporting local supply chains and ensuring traceability of raw materials. A distinctive feature of the company is its own organically certified elder plantations - the first of their kind in Bulgaria. Sustainable production practices include the use of glass packaging and resource-efficient practices.
The company’s product portfolio includes fruit and herbal syrups for handcrafted lemonades, developed with high fruit content and standardised recipes to ensure consistency in professional use, particularly in the HoReCa sector. The range also includes premium no-added-sugar lines sweetened with organic agave or maple syrup, as well as traditional fruit-based products such as whole-fruit preserves, rosehip jam, and fruit nectars with reduced sugar content.
Today, BuzKo is among the leading producers in Bulgaria’s handcrafted lemonade segment and operates nationwide through an established distribution network. Its products are widely used in both retail and hospitality channels, and the brand enjoys strong consumer trust.
The company is currently preparing to enter the Romanian market and is seeking partnerships with members of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce. BuzKo welcomes opportunities for collaboration with local distributors and institutional support in establishing its market presence in Romania.
