Plamen Penev

Plamen Penev is Managing Director of Kuehne+Nagel Romania, a logistics leader with 1,200 employees, 16 offices across the country, and more than three decades of presence on the Romanian market.

With over 17 years of international experience in transport and logistics, Plamen specializes in organizational development, digital transformation, and regional business strategy. He is actively working to position Kuehne+Nagel as an innovative leader in the CEE region.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Economics – Varna. He has further complemented his education with executive programmes in leadership, strategic management, and AI implementation at Ashridge, Cranfield, and Oxford.

Plamen is fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Russian, and has a basic level of Romanian.
