Training for trainers on the Stay Connected project
On 9 and 10 April, as part of the StayConnected project, a successful “Train-the-Trainers” event was held in Greece, organised by the University of Patras. The team of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BRCCI) actively participated in the training, contributing with its experience and expertise.
The event brought together 26 trainers from the field of vocational education and training, as well as human resources specialists from the partner countries. The participants explored how to build inclusive, connected, and digitally healthy hybrid workplaces and tested for the first time the new training programme designed for HR professionals and managers.
Over two intensive and interactive days, key topics were addressed:
✔ Strategies for hybrid work and inclusion
✔ Tools and technologies for connected teams
✔ Digital well-being in the workplace
✔ Evaluating the effectiveness of hybrid work
The training concluded with the development of group action plans on how to apply the StayConnected resources in practice. The participants shared their key takeaways and ideas in a transnational context, highlighting the importance of collaboration between partner organisations.
